Interested in joining the WISCAD lab?
I am looking for students with strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Algorithms
- Digital
Logic
- Circuit
theory
- Familiar
with Cadence/Synopsys CAD tools for logic/physical synthesis,
gate/transistor level simulation
- Probability
theory and statistics
- Mathematical
programming and optimization
- C/C++
programming
Research in Design Automation area can take advantage of knowledge in any of the above items. Please visit our research page for information on existing projects and research interests. If interested please email me with the subject "new student" (this will help me filter your email in a dedicated folder and ensure I will not lose your email), and send me a CV which includes:
- Your
background in the any of the above-listed items (include related course
work, course projects, research experience, industry experience, etc.)
- Your
current degree / program of study (i.e. BS, MS or PhD)
- Anything
else that you feel is relevant
