
Oguzhan Alagoz
Assistant
Professor
Oguzhan Alagoz is currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. His research interests include operations research, stochastic optimization, medical decision making, completely and partially observable Markov decision processes, computer simulation, clinical risk-prediction models, and scheduling. His works have appeared in journals such as Operations Research, Management Science, IIE Transactions, Medical Decision Making, Radiology, Cancer, Radiographics, and European Journal of Operational Research. His research is funded by NSF and National Cancer Institute of NIH.
