Our project is to design an improved child safety seat for use in abulances to better accommate the needs of EMTs while treating injured children in transit. The seat must allow the patient to be easily reclined to a horizontal position so that emergency care can be properly administered.

We have constructed a prototype of our revised design, and we have conducted static testing on this prototype. We have written a paper on our results, and will be presenting them to our advisor.
