Project Title: Mouth Guard for Prevention of Bruxism
Team Members: Kathleen Agard, Jackie Gerhart, Matt Harris, Carla Maas, Darcee Nelson, Julie Sauer, Tracy Stefonek

Problem Statement: The goal of this project is to design a mouth guard that will detect the teeth grinding of a patient during sleep. The device should provide a stimulus to the patient causing he/she to unclench his/her teeth.

Restatement of Team Goals: NA

Summary of Accomplishments:

1. Met with entire team.
2. Choose junior/sophomore partners. The partners are as follows:

Carla Maas, Kathleen Agard, and Julie Sauer
Darcee Nelson, Jackie Gerhart
Tracy Stefonek, Matt Harris

3. Choose individual responsibilities. The jobs are assigned as follows:

Team Leader: Darcee Nelson
Communicator: Kathleen Agard
Student Advisory Committee: Matt Harris
Web Design Group: Carla Maas, Tracy Stefonek, and Matt Harris

4. Made appointment with client.

Statement of Team Goals:

1. Meet with client as a group.
2. Discuss schedule for the first half of the semester.
3. Begin design process in partners.

9/14 - 9/20 Meet with client, begin research in partners
9/21 - 10/4 Continue research, brainstorming, and develop PDS
10/5 - 10/11 Finalize project solution, prepare mid-semester presentation and paper
10/12 Mid-semester presentations
10/13 - 10/26 Decide on final design
10/27 - 11/29 Work on final design
11/30 - 12/13 Final presentation and paper
12/14 Final presentations
12/17 - 12/23 Final meeting with advisor
