Creating
PDF files
By: Bern Jordan.
On many of the CAE computers,
you will find an Adobe PDF
toolbar in Microsoft Word. Using the PDFWriter macro, you can easily create a
PDF document with an automatic
list of contents. The PDF
contents list works best if you used the styles for headings (as opposed to
formatting individual text sections manually).
- In Word, click the PDFWriter button on the toolbar.
- Select a file name and location. Afterwards, a window will pop-up showing
PDFWriter's progress.

- Check your file when PDFWriter is complete.
If you have problems with this method, try printing
your document to the PDFWriter printer.
