Source code

I have long wanted to share the source code associated with my research, as I did previously in my work in audio software, but have never gotten around to actually doing it. I always told myself I just needed to clean it up a little, write better documentation, or just wait until I had some time. Some of this has now languished on my personal computer for ten years and, inspired by the plenary talks at ISMRM 2012 by David Donohu and Micki Lustig, I've decided to share it sooner rather than later.

This code is released as is and with no official support, though feel free to contact me and I will do my best to support them when possible. This code is released with absolutely no warranty of any kind , including fitness for any particular purpose, safety, or title. It is not FDA approved and may not be used in the course of patient care or in any way that influences interaction with human subjects. If you wish to use the tools for interacting with the image database on GE scanners on scanners used clinically, you are responsible for verifying that they do not interfere in any way with clinical imaging. Portions of this code may be copyright by myself, the University of Wisconsin, or others.

Conference Material (very out of date)
