POWeR standings determine who is in and aid in bracket placement. 2. Per the NCAA, only the top four teams are seeded. 3. Bracket placement is determined based on geography, avoidance of regular season rematchs and intraconference games in the first round, and seeding. 4. The seeded teams (top 4) play the opening round games at home, other games are played at the sites listed. 5. National semifinals would be played on consecutive nights in New Orleans. The POWeR determine who is in, not necessarily the seeding. If a playoff committee did exist, I believe that Ohio St. given the 13-0 record, would be the #2 seed.
