Class Rules

1. The Signal: When the instructor flips the lights on & off several times, she wants your attention. You should stop talking and pay attention until given the OK to get back to work.

2. No phones or pagers allowed.

3. No chit-chat, but whispering is OK. If your conversation gets long/loud/noticeable, you will be asked to stop or bring the question up with the entire class.

4. Show up on time as much as possible. If you are late, handouts (if any) will be placed next to the door, so you can pick them up quietly on the way in.

5. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

6. Check your email regularly.

7. Pick up trash in the room (whether it is yours or left by someone else).
