An Overview of our project:
UW Provisions is a meat distribution center located in Middleton, WI. They supply fresh and frozen meat products to a variety of businesses and also have an in house store that is open to the public. They are looking to improve their warehouse design and to reduce some of the multiple handling of products that occurs when preparing orders. The goal is to improve customer service.
