This "translates" to "World Wide Web Consortium; Web Accessibility Initiative, Level Triple-A. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0." Pages that meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Priority Levels 1, 2, and 3 (i.e. all priority levels) may display this icon.
