To register your school for the 2008 Wisconsin Region JSEHS complete and submit the online registration form.
The registration fee is $20 per person (including teachers or other adults). If we receive your registration form and fee by December 7, 2007 you are guaranteed registration. We will accept applications after December 7 on a space available basis.
Each school may bring up to three students. We will ask for student information after January 1, 2008. Up to three additional students who are from underrepresented groups from each school may attend.
Please have your checks made out to "University of Wisconsin-Madison." Send the check to:
