Research Activities
Currently working on design and analysis of parallel and distributed
systems for fault-tolerant real-time applications.
One of the project involves development of parallel design tools
for synthesis of real-time computer systems while the other is
on design and analysis of message passing schemes for time-constrained
communication in distributed systems.
Also involved in the development of parallel numerical algorithms
for solving partial differential equations that arise in
engineering applications such as semiconductor device modeling.
Past research work includes development of fault-tolerant algorithms
for synchronization and distributed agreement in real-time systems
and the development of a nineteen node experimental distributed system.
