I am currently a graduate student pursuing PhD degree in the ECE department at the University of Wisconsin - Madison . I got my MS degree in the ECECS department of the University of Cincinnati . Welcome to my previous web site at University of Cincinnati I got my bachelor degree in 1997 from the Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University , Beijing , China .
